I have a problem with how to calculate commissions for the salespeople which are based on the commission for the company.
If there is under 10% gross commission for the company, the salesperson gets 25% of the commission.
$1000.00 sale 9% gross commission, the company gets $90.00 and the salesperson earns $22.50.
If there is a gross commission of 10%-14%, the company, the salesperson gets 30% of the gross commission.
$1000.00 sale 10% gross commission, the company gets $100.00 and the salesperson earns $25.00.
If there is a gross commission of 15% or more, the salesperson get 35% of the gross commission.
$1000.00 sale 20% gross commission, the company gets $200.00 and the salespersons earns $75.00.
Now, I have to put in 3 columns and figure each separately and then a fourth column to add those three columns.
Any ideas how to shorten this.
