It won't be possible to put the number in the same cell as the word. It will have to be in a different cell.

Are the duplicate values in continuous series or they can be anywhere in the column? If they can be anywhere, is it ok if we sort the column?
If the duplicate cells are one below another, it is easy to mark the way you want using VBA.
I've uploaded a sample with two combinations. You can use whichever you want, depending upon your needs.
