Formula to check two cells greater than one other cell

I am using this formula to track people who are lowering their blood pressure by systolic number, over three cells in the same row
(H2-1st#,N2-2nd#,T2-3rd#). My problem is, if both N2 and T2 are not less than H2 i do not get a "1" for the answer. i need the formula to give me a "1" if either one (N2,T2) or both are less than H2.

Thanks, in advance for your help.
