Month Count with Value Change

Hi there

I'm looking for a way of counting a set number of months and then changing a specific number within a cell over time. I have four value percentages that I need to make variable (user changeable) that will affect the information in this page.

So:
Sheet 1 has my variable table which outlines four month count numbers and the variable number amounts in the fields next to them.
Sheet 2 is comprised of Multiple rows where Row A is my number of months and Row D number of values I want to automatically change.

Can I make that happen without delving into Macros?
