custom formating for sentance linked with cell

Looking for the solution for arranging three different cells in a sentence and required to give individual formatting to each cell values.

For Example:-

cell D4 contains Value <John>
cell E4 contains Value <Smith>
cell F4 contains Value <Robin>

Looking forward for the solution which states that:

John met Smith to introduce Robin

Where

John should be in red font color
Smith should be in bigger font size (say 28)
Robin should be in Cyan font color
