rearrangement of matrix

I need to rearrange matrix so that it appears as 100x100 rather than 1500x7.thanks in advance

You ommited to mention the criteria basis to rearrange the matrix. furthermore, 15*7 is greater than 10*10

he just to copy and paste the range of 1500x7 in the range of 100x100 and but the row of 100x100 can take several rows of 1500x7. it is just to copy and paste the problem is it take time I want a way in order to do it quickly because manually it will take time.thanks
