Help! Formula for COUNT & IF Function

I've been playing with some formulas but haven't had any luck getting the answer I need.

I have one Tab in the worksheet to display a running total for 6 other vendor Tabs.

I need a formula to count the number of cells that meet the following criteria. If the Time in Transit for a shipment is equal to or greater than 5 days then look into another column to confirm it reads "push out" and if so then count as 1.

So far I've done this: =SUM(COUNTIF(Compal!AC:AC,"<=4")+COUNT(IF(Compal!AC:AC>=5,)*AND(Compal!AG:AG="push out")))

And a several other attempts with IF,AND and SUM. Any help would be appriciated. Thank you.

**Also side question. I know adding to this workbook with data will slow down loading times due to Excel making calculations, is there any other ways or competencies I can use to keep this workbook running efficiently?

I would still need the first half of the forumla to count the number of cells equal to or less than 4 days in transit.

How would you incorporate that half into the SUMPRODUCT formula you just showed me?

Thanks for the quick replys but I'm getting the #NUM! error. When I click on show calculation steps, the only working part of the formula is the first half (countif)
