    Number Formatting

I've searched the threads for this but have not been able to come up with an answer. I'm trying to format a number in millions to display as thousands...

    354,023,123

    needs to read as

    3,540.23

    #,###.00,, gives me 354.02
    #,###.00, gives me 354,023.12
    #"."00, gives me 3540.23

I have fiddled with it every which way, but am now at a loss. Help?? TIA!!

    Re: Number Formatting

You're dividing by 100000. I don't think you're going to get exactly that presentation via formatting.
