Text showing on one page but not another

I am trying to create a protected page so that my formulas can not be edited and so that something I type cannot be edited. On sheet one (which s where I will enter my text) I have about 100 lines where I can enter text. I want the text I enter on sheet one to show up on sheet 2 through a formula (as I will have this sheet protected). The trick is that I have sheet 2 under a filter so that if I do not enter text into 50 of the 100 lines on sheet one I just filter out blanks on sheet 2 and those lines disappear.

Any sugestions?

I tried this... on sheet 3 I entered this into cell A1...=IF('Sheet1'!A1=TRUE,"",1) then on sheet 2 I entered this into cell A1...=IF(sheet 3!A1,'Inspection Worksheet'!A1,"") it puts the text on sheet 2 if there is text on sheet 1 although it keeps a 0 on sheet 2 if there is no text on sheet 1.

So you dont want to display zero, when no value is entered in sheet1 cell?? Then you can try this in sheet2
