Finding patterns

So I am having trouble getting excel to display some patterns in data.

See the attached file. Here is what i need excel to recognize. Look at Shape 1's row. Under Shape 4's column it has 0001. Under Shape 6's column it has 0001. If you go down Shape 4's column, it has 0001 in Shape 6's row. This is confusing i know, but this is the relationship I am looking for. I want excel to find these relationships. Any ideas?
