Help with adding work hours above 40

Hello, Im a noobie and require some help....

In the attached spread sheet.... Im trying to take total hours worked in cell B30 and anything up to and including 40 hours in cell F30 and anything above 40 hours into cell G30.

Ive tried everyting my simple mind can think of but cant seem to transition the hh:mm to hours/ot
