Associating data from one column to another

    Hello Everybody,
New to the forum and really haven't had a lot of time to spend on here. Just started a new job in engineering and they loaded me down pretty heavy as soon as I started. I have some experience with excel but not at an advanced level. I have run into an issue that I just can't figure out. I have New Tag Numbers in Column A, Job numbers in Column B that are associated to Column A, in Column C I have Old Tag Numbers. Column A and Column C do have some duplicate tag numbers which I want keep. What I want to do: The job numbers in Column B that are associated with Column A also need to be associated with the same tag numbers in Column C without changing the sorted order in Column C. If someone can help me with this it would be much appreciated.

Suggest you post your spreadsheet with sample data and show what you want for expected results. Hardcode them in and explain.
