Calculate amount of concurrent calls

Hello,

I hoping somebody is able to help me...

I am using call data in Excel, I would like to find out how many calls are live at any one time...if possible, taking into account that during the duration of one call, soemebody else may call (e.g. one person calls at 10.00 and is on the phone for 5 minutes and somebody else calls at 10.02 - these calls are concurrent)

I am focusing on three columns of data, these are: data (00/00/0000), Time (00:00) and Duration (00:00:00)

The formulae I'm currently using is: =SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$54495=$A2)*($B$2:$B$54495=$B2)*($C$2:$C$54495=C2)) (which I found in a different thread) however, this doesn't seem to take in to account that calls may start at different times and still overlap.
