Rank Tie Breaker

New to the forum and excel formulas...learning by searching and posting!
Found ranking and discovered how it handles ties.
Now I need help!
Attached is a sample file.
I've got it ranking based on points but I have several ties.
I would like to break these ties by a helper cell.
there is a note in the file.
If anyone has a second and can help me out....thanks in advance.
