Create a separate list based on criteria in another list.

Hi everyone,

I'm brand new to these forums. I'm looking for some help building a separate list in excel based on criteria in another list. I have done this before with filters or with pivot tables but this time I need the data to populate in a separate table.

One more kink in the requirements, I'm looking to do this with equations only and no macros.

The grey cells are values I added in, to make the formulas I created work effectively.
