Creating a top 10 list

Hi all,

I am including the file I am having issues with. I would like to create the reports and charts in "Dashboard". I am having issues with creating top 10 list in "Dashboard". Tried a lot of formulae but all in vain.

Some values may be entered in tables. For instance; In "Codes" under Company, more companies could be added, more Levels could be added. Also, under the Incident Type, if it shows Other, is it possible to add another column and make it mandatory to add a value in the adjacent cell?

Also, if someone can help me convert everything in Pivot tables and charts that would be even better. I need a minimum of the reports as shown in "dashboard". Any other suggestions will be appreciated as well.

Welcome to the forum.

I believe you need the report as mentioned in the tab "dashboard".. and the source would be tab "codes" .. correct?
If so, suggest you to provide some relevant sample data in tab "codes" to give a try. Thanks.
