conditional formatting based on a series of column text values

Hi everyone. I have a table with a column of names that need to be color formatted if the adjacent columns have certain text contents - e.g. column A will be formatted if column B and column C contain "ok" and column D contains "N/A". If these criteria are not met, no formatting is required. Can anyone help?

hi stewphil, welcome to the forum. select the range you want to apply to (for eg A2:A10), go to Home -> Conditional Formatting -> New Rule -> Use a formula to determine which cells to format -> Format values where this formula is true:
    =AND($B2="ok",ISNA($C2))

format the colour you desire & click ok

Thanks, if you have clicked on the * and added our rep.

Hi benishiryo, is it possible to give you a sample of the spreadsheet so you get a better idea?
