Help to insert multiple hyphens in an alpha numeric sequence

I tried to follow other suggestions but I could not get past the 1st hyphen.

I have data in alpha numeric of 7 characters and I want to insert the hyphen the same for all [after the 2nd, 4th & 5th character]

These are bin locations and in the cell read: A101A01 and without retyping 3800 cells I want to change to: A1-01-A-01.

The location of the letters and numbers is always the same place if that is needed.

If the length of the alphanumeric sequence is always the same and the hyphens always go in the same place, then this should work for you:
