Query formula issue

Okay,

I am a Soldier tasked to make a land navigation exam that produces over 160 exams. i have 35 pre designated locations loaded in a range on my spread sheet from that i have a choose randombetween formula. Once selected it separates latitude and longitude and finds distance between two locations and then lastly i have the pygrathom theory <---however thats spelled. Currently it does what i want but it doesn't keep searching until criteria is meet, so i end up hitting f9 alot of times (since it repeats the action for four different locations legged in sequence)

The exam has to have the distance from one location to another no less 600 meters but no greater than 800 meters. There has to be 4 destinations from a range of possible of 35 destinations.

So, basically I need a choose random formula that will stop working once a criteria in a cell is meet. so that i dont have to keep hitting f9. Any ideas? lol I copied various sheets and used equals formulas, which is slightly faster but still a pain.
