create checkbox control

Hi, i'm trying to create a chekbox without true or false text under.
I use check box form control.
is this possible?

Use "Στοιχεία ελέγχου φόρμας" option.

Not "Στοιχεία ελέγχου Active x"

what if i want to fit it in a shell (not by the hand, but numeric)?

Not sure that i understand... Do you mean that you want to link this with a cell? If YES, use this way

Στο Σύνδεση κελιού, γράψε τον αριθμό κελιού που θέλεις.
