Trying to perform a lookup with multiple criteria using data validation dropdowns

Ok, I am stumped. I need to be able to lookup multiple criteria from one worksheet and return those results to another.

    Spreadsheet is attached.

If you look at the "Data Pull" tab, you will see a table with all the pertinent data that I need. This is pulling from a spreadsheet from Finance.

If you look at the "A1 and A2 Monthly Graphs" tab, you will see where I am having trouble looking up my data.

I want to be able to look at one months worth of data on the "A1 and A2 Monthly Graphs" tab by using the drop downs that are highlighted in yellow at the top of the sheet.

For instance, I would like to be able to select month 11 and shift A1 and the sheet correctly display the data for the month of November from the "Data Pull" sheet. It works for the month of November but no other month. It needs to work for any month and shift combination.
When I select month 12, my data goes blank. I have tried multiple if/and statements, sumifs, lookups, and am now to the point of macros, which are far above my experience level.

I inserted an extra row on the "Data Pull" sheet that combines multiple days combinations of shift to combine them into A1, A2, and Wednesday A. These are the only 3 shifts that I have for A shift.
