How to transfer data and ignore blank cells

I need to get data from a range, ignore the blank cells, & transfer to a different range - just like the attached screen shot. Appreciate any advice.

Do you want formulas or are you planning to copy and paste?

Formulas would be great. I tried copy, paste values, select range, Ctrl-G, special, select blanks but got "No cells were found" message even though there are blank cells. Thanks!

You probably had a formula that returned a "". Excel doesn't recognize that as blank, even if you have pasted values. Quite Frustrating.
You could sort horizontally. I guess that would only work if you did each row manually. I'll let you know if I think of something.

    the following formula should work:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then Go-To-Special, Formula-Errors. Delete the errors, and you'll be set.
