Function =TABLE

Hi,

I have a excel file which is received from client for my reference as I need to do a same type of work.
In that I found a cell with the formula {=TABLE(,AC3)} and it fetches data 37%. I don't know how it calculates and from where it fetches the data

Kindly anyone help me to understand this function.
