create list of unique staff numbers with unique work codes

Unsure on how to title this one....

I have a list of staff and associated work codes. I would like to be able to have a single staff number in one cell with all associated work codes in the adjoining cell. I can't figure out how to do this.

Staff # work code
123 234
689 258
689 152
837 234

I would like something like this

Staff # work code
123 234
689 258; 152
837 234

any assistance appreciated

This goes part way, but I am hoping that there may be a way to put all work codes in one single cell (with a seperator if poss)

Also there will be Staff who have up to 10 work codes (and the range will be about 800 rows)
