    Stock Pile Volume Calculation

    May I be granted urgent assistance on how I can compute the volume of a stock pile in excel given eastings, nothings, and heights. I used this formula; [Ax(By-Cy)+Bx(Cy-Ay)+CX(Ay-By)]*Average Height(the height of A,B&C): Where ABC are the vertices of the triangle, x,y; the coordinates.

    Hope you have managed to solve this query by now, if not consider below:-

    If you have the coordinates in sheet, you can use simple arithmetic operators and an average function to achieve this. Upload a sample workbook. Thanks.
