Data validation: allow entry into a cell if other three cells have "X", "Y" and "Z"?

IŽd need help to make a data validation formula for the following:

I want the user to only be able to enter any value into cell D1 if the cell A1 has a value "X" and cell B1 has a value "Y" and cell C1 has a value "Z".

    Many thanks for your help!
