Find occurrence and determine most likely match

Hi. I am about to pull my hair out with this one. Here is a pic of what I am working on:

The first outlined block is data I need to match to a master file which has a ID number I need link to each entry in the block. The next four rows are possible matches that I found using a fuzzy look up add-on. The four blocks each have a ID number, Name and a Similarity percentage which reflects how close of a match it is.

I am trying to fill in the last outlined block with the closes match. Is there any formula which would look through the 4 blocks of possible matches and compare there Similarity percentage? The formula would also have to look for duplicate matches in a row and then average there Similarity score.

Hello. I updated the pic above to show a desired result:

You can see that I just copied the final block down below so I had more space to work with. Each of the matches have a small weight to them.

For example
1) In the first row I am trying to find a match for the entry "Joker 150 Main Capitol".
2) The four blocks of cells in the center have possible matches.
3) 3 of the possible 4 have the same ID number of 510354 so there similarity numbers are added up and weighted and averaged which equaled 100.98%.
4) I then compare that score of 100.98 to the other match which has an ID number of 501476 and a score of 75%.
5) ID number 510354 has a higher similarity number so it's information (ID number, Name and Similarity) is copied into the final block of cells.

Is this just not feasible? Just tell me what to google and I'll figure it out.
