Counting Cells with data in adjacent Cells

Hello All,

1. I am looking for a formula to place in cells B3 and B4 of the "Report" Tab.

The formula would need to look at the "Raw Data" Tab of the same spreadsheet.
In column E there are dates.
On the same row in column L there is text.

Formula to find...

B3 - How many cells in column L are blank when there is a date in column E?

B4 -How many cells in column E are blank when there is text in column L?



2. I am looking for a formula to place in cells B6 and B7 of the "Report" Tab.

The formula would need to look at the "Raw Data" Tab of the same spreadsheet.
In Column E there are dates.
On the same row in columns I, J, and K one of the three cells should have text two will be blank.

B6 - How many cells in column E have a date but there is no data (text) in I, J, and K?

B7 - How many cells in columns I, J, and K have data (text) but column E has no date?
