Need to create an IF statement that pulls data from table populated by a drop down menu

OK. Here's the deal. I need to have an IF statement that pulls data from a table on another sheet that uses a drop down menu to populate the entire table. The attached file is a MUCH simpler version of what I need to do. NOTE: both sheets have data on them.

Can an IF statement pull data based on a drop down menu and show everything at the same time? Not just the one from the current selection on the drop down?

    Hi Yamille,

    Welcome to the forum.

I noticed that you are selecting a name.. lets say Jack .. now what should happen in which range ?
Upon selecting Jack, Cells C2:C6 are getting filled it but I hope this is not your requirement.
C9:C16 is showing value against Jack.. and I believe u need something here.. can you explain what you need basis what logic ?

Re: Need to create an IF statement that pulls data from table populated by a drop down men

    Hi DILIPandey,

I need C9:C16 to show the results for each of those names as if the name had been selected on the dropdown menu. So I need all results at a time. Basically, the B9:C16 section would be in yet another sheet as a summary and I will be pulling many other results to that sheet. Will need the entire area of B9:C16 populated. Suggestiosn?

See the attached file where I have used Vlookup formula to obtain all the results ..
