sumifs date and text combination

Hi All,

I have two sheets as below

Sheet1:

dates | details | amount

1-1-13 | Food | 1234.00

Sheet2:

| Jan-13 | Feb-13 ...

Food

Transport

.

.

.

I want use Sumifs function, to add the "amount" based on "month(sheet1!date)=month(sheet2!Jan-13)" and "details(sheet1!=sheet2!(food)", now I am using =
SUMPRODUCT(--(MONTH(Dates)=MONTH(Jan-13)*(Details=Food)),amount).



SUMPRODUCT is taking more time, Please guide me to use SUMIFS



My PC Configuration:

i7, 16 GB, Windows 8, MS Office 2010
