Simple Quarterly Calculation

I am having trouble with a formula that seemed to have been working well until now. It is supposed to look at cell A1, and if it finds that it is a quarter ending month- Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec, then it performs a simple multiplication calculation on cell B1. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this formula?

=IF(SUMPRODUCT((--MONTH(A1)={3,6,9,12}))>0,B1*0.0025,0)
