Counting cell contents.

Hi,
Sheet one contains multiple entries in columns: "Name" and "Service". In the column "Services" each cell can contain multiple codes separated by commas.

On Sheet two the column "Client Name" will have all the clients names entered only once.
To the right, Each column header contains one of the codes. In each of those columns I want to get a count of how many times that code is entered in the first sheet associated with the clients name in the column to the left.
