Delete all characters of a certain length

Is there a formula that would allow me to delete all the text in a cell that are under two characters. So not delete the whole cell but just the criteria of two characters or less?

Example
J Brown
Ricky t
Dr. Mike
Willow R

would become:
Brown
Ricky
Mike
Willow

try the macro

for me as long as it only removes strings of text that are 2 characters or less I am good.

Shoot ok maybe I need to know too because the macro actually deletes text string 3 in length and below.
