Excel Formula,look up the exact value from almost value of source file

I have a file contains 2 sheets.I want an excel formula on target sheet from source sheet,who look up the exact datas from source sheet in target sheet.But problem is different datas in both the sheets.Main sheet is target.I want an excel formula on that sheet.For that,to look up the almost value from source sheet and put up the source sheet's actual value in Target sheet against each data in Target Sheet.

This is not the right answer.You have changed my original datas in Target file and put the source file datas into Target file and create the vlookup formula after same to same creation file.
