Question How to highlight duplicate values after certain condition is met

Hi there,

I have a spreadsheet with 20 columns and several hundreds of rows and I am looking in four columns where the first three are Firstname, Lastname and date and the fourth column contains a procedure code and my problem is that I have to find all customers (First, Lastname) that have duplicate procedure codes on the same day. The Firstname, Lastname and date can contain duplicates but not a duplicate procedure code on the same day. I am totally lost in how to solve this issue. Can I solve this issue with a macro?

Thanks for you help in advance

another option would be to create a helper column, combining code and date, and then using Conditional formatting - new rule/format only unique or duplicate values/duplicates. Format fill as required
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
