extract a word from a cell containing multiple words and placing it in an adjacent cell

Hello, I'm new to this forum and not experienced in writing formulas. I've searched the forum extensively but have not found a formula or a solution I can adapt that that will work.
If some could help me it would be appreciated.

I need to search for a particular word in a cell and then either place that word into the adjacent cell, it can either be copied or cut it doesn't matter. I have uploaded a sample of my data. In this scenario I want to search the word 'Secret' in Column B and want to then acknowledge it by dumping the same word into Column A.
