Need formula to pull data depending on multiple conditions

I'm looking for a Nested formula to pull data for me. I have attached a sample spreadsheet to try to help explain what I'm searching for. I am rusty with my excel formulas and was trying to attempt a nested IF/AND/OR/VLOOKUP, but i'm not really sure what i'm doing wrong/how to get the whole formula working.

In Sheet 1 Columns F-K, I need data entered from Sheet 2 "Number Needed" depending on two conditions:

If the data under Column A1 from sheet1 = data under Column A1 from sheet2, then pull the number need that corresponds with the correct start date.


I have a couple thousand rows of data, and "start date" and "number needed" do not correspond the same data in the worksheet. each "number needed" is different depending on the contents of A1 and "start date"
