Need Help sumproduct? array?

I'm looking to sum data located in different rows with parameters set in columns.

IE: If column B has my initial lookup value, but rows 25,26, 47,48, 60, 61 etc have another range of lookups, and rows 22, 23, 44, 45, 57,58 have my summed data range, is it possible to make this work?

I'm not a novice at this but I am struggling with this idea. I've attached a spreadsheet sample to kind of show what I'm looking to do with my ideas in row H1:H3
