I would like cell V6 to be 1 but i cant figure out what formula is to use for columns G to R to achieve it.

Can someone please look into it and provide me with a solution?

Without having more info on the details of what you want o accomplish, it is difficult to help you out.
This formula will accomplish what you want though.
=($A$6-$D$6-1)/12
