    Conditional Formatting based on formulas

    Hi guys,

Major problem with my brokerage reports.

We're beginning to see a lot of drops in the report that people aren't noticing.

    What we need....

In Jan 2013 tab - If calls or profit for the source fall lower than the source performed in Avg 2012 tab, flash red.

But i can't see to find the right formula.

I was thinking it's obviously '=B2<'Jan 2013'!B2' but first a function to look up the source within the Averages list.

    I hope this makes sense.

Your help will be massively appreciated! Need it as soon as possible, thank you all.

In AVg 2012 sheet name the A1:C7 range "sources" (no quotes)
In Jan 2013 sheet select A2:C7 and apply as CF :
