Hi,
I am designing an audit checklist whereby I want each line to have four options using radio buttons (Fail, Poor, Compentent, Excellent, N/A)
I know how to group each four buttons into an exclusive group but I want to assign a value to each of the options. (fail=0, poor=1, compentent=2, Excellent=3) I then need the scoring to be in a hidden column which can be added together at the end to work out total score.
I also need a formula to add to a totals box at the bottom that if N/A is selected the whole line is taken out of the total scoring.
How do I do this? (I am a basic Excel user!)
