extracting data from a range if a cell value is identical to a range name

Hi everybody...
I’m having a very complex problem and I decidedly need your help!

I have many ranges in one sheet (marketting plan) each has its own name (those names are section1, section2, section3, section4 etc...).
In another sheet (calls data) i have those names distributed randomly in column C (which named "section").
and i need a formula in columns G:L that can extract data from sheet (MARKETTING PLAN) if a certain criteria is achieved in the range which name is identical to the one in column C (the criteria is: the second column of the range is >0)

I don’t know if this is possible using formula.. is it possible?
