Hello Forum!

I am using Excel 2010.

I thought I had the solution but after hacking it up so much, I ended up with this linear formula that I thought would work, but it does not.

=SUMPRODUCT(Sheet2!G:G|"Boxer"(Sheet2!D:D|"67"(Sheet2!I:I>="01/01/2012"+0)|--(Sheet2!I:I<="12/31/2012"+0),Sheet2!I:I))

What I am trying to do is search a date range from Sheet 2 where I:I is calendar year 2012 and count the number of times "Boxer" in Sheet2!G:G occurs, and Sheet2!D:D will equal a static number. My search doesn't find an exact answer on how to do this. The formula will be located at Sheet1!N4.

Thanks for any assistance given.
