Hi, I need to create a spreadsheet (from scratch) for PTO Accruals. The policy is as such:

Length of service: <1 year; 20 days (4weeks); bi-weekly accrual rate of .77 days

1 year or more; 25 days (5 weeks); bi-weekly accrual rate of .96 days

PTO days are accrued on a bi-weekly basis from Sept 1-Aug 30.

Staff are allowed to carry over 10 days at the end of the accrual period. Any accrued and unused PTO in excess of 10 will be forfeited as of Augg 31.

I have searched many different examples and have been unsuccessful in figuring out the correct forumulas for this. Any help at all would be much appreciated!
