Large nested if(and)

In the attached file I have a problem with cell AA31. As can be seen the cell ins returning "FALSE". Based on my lengthy if(and) formula I am expecting cell AA31 to be blank. Can someone help me wade through the formula in cell AA31 and explain why or see if there is an error that is causing the value "FALSE"?

First: Remove merged cells
Second: Set up a lookup table. Your formula can be shorten at least 75% from your original formula.

As rightly suggested by Teethless mama, using lookup table would be the right option.

But still if you want to stick with the nested ifs, the please check the below condition. I think, you have not defined anything if this condition is True/False.

IF(AND(Y30=9,AA30=9,N7="straight")

I use the larger nested IF statements because I don't know how to do a look-up table. Maybe someone could explain it for me.
