Split distribution based on maximum value

Hello,

I am new to the forum and hoping for your help.

Here is a picture of what I work in: Excell.JPG

Sheet consists of several rows than just the ones shown, but has the following function:

Column F: Displays a value based on number of items in a package. The formula MROUND rounds the value up / down depending on how many of a product code that can be in a given package. The result is determined by the value in column G.

Column was G: This calculates how many items a given store is to receive based on their share of size. The calculation is based on the cell at the bottom that says "Tilgængelig" multiplied by their share%(This uses VLOOKUP on a distribution split in %). Total cell shows the actual number, of distributed items.

My challenge is that I would like to insert a formula that can account for both package number and how many products there are available. So I then can enter an available number and the sheet will adjust to the distribution of the number.

Basicly so the Total and "Tilgængelig"(available) ends out with the same number.

Hope this makes sense :-)

Hi tjeffe aand welcome to the forum

Most members are dis-inclined to re-type your data for you. you will find that you get better/quicker help if you upload a sample workbook, instead of a picture

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Thanks for the file could you include a few examples of what your expected outcome is (entered manually if needed) and how you arrived at that?
