Question CHAR(10) not being recognized when using the concatenate function

I am using the example shown below to try and combine multiple columns using concatenate.

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...672.aspx?CTT=3

It also uses CHAR(10) in the formula, which says it's supposed to bring the values to the next line, but when I do it, it doesn't seem to recognize CHAR(10) and ends up putting a little question mark icon in those spots instead.

Any idea how to fix this?

Format the cell to wrap text?
