    Problem with getting the correct formula #VALUE! error

    In cell G265, I am trying to add on a bit of a formula to when a person selects Satutory Holiday or University Holiday from the elipse in G260 that I can have the option to put in 3.25 hours for statuotry holiday and 7 hours for university holidays but i get the #VALUE! error.
