VLOOKUP help

Hi, I have a spreadsheet with 5 columns of numbers (A~E), and 1 column (F) of the date.

I'm looking for excel to give me the last occurrence a number appears (Date), but using the Hlookup
it doesn't. Here is the formula I'm using now for instance to find the number 4 and the date

=VLOOKUP(4,B10:H400,6,FALSE)

Is there a way to have excel return the date of the last time a number appears
