sum if formula i think?? with drop down box to choose.

long time reader first time poster, i have read through this forum and i don't believe that what i require has already been posted, i have attached a screen shot.

what i would like to achieve is if a value of text is selected in E8 it automatically creates a rate in i8 and j8 as illustrated, i think this may be a simple one for some but I cannot figure it out. how can i create this formula is i8 and j8, i have included an example.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
